We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and focused on driving leads, sales, and ROI. Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve ROAS and ROI.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spending.

Track website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign requirements.





Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and events.

Improve website conversion rates through performance insights.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Skills Required

1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Good understanding of campaign optimization and audience targeting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
