Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Location: Thane West (Work From Office)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance) .We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about paid media, lead generation, and digital growth.If you have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, enjoy analyzing campaign performance, and are driven by results, we'd love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Develop and manage lead generation, website traffic, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, placements, and budgets to maximize ROI.

Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate.

Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Collaborate with the Creative, Content, Website Development, and Sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.





Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, remarketing, and lead generation.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Experience working in a Digital Marketing, Branding, Creative, or Advertising Agency will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in running lead generation campaigns for Real Estate, B2B, Education, Healthcare, or Service-based businesses.

Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and ROI optimization.

Candidates residing in Thane or nearby locations will be preferred.
