We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who loves numbers, understands consumer psychology, and knows how to scale profitable campaigns.

What you'll do:

- Plan, launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max).
- Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CAC and MER.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Build testing frameworks for creatives, audiences and landing pages.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Track attribution, customer journeys and campaign performance using GA4.
- Coordinate with the website team to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities across emerging channels.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and advertising trends.

What we're looking for:

- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.




- Experience handling monthly ad spends of ₹5L+.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience with Shopify brands.
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar to improve workflows.
- Solid ownership and willingness to experiment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Experience with Snapchat Ads or Pinterest Ads.
- Understanding of influencer whitelisting.
- Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
- Experience running festive sale campaigns.
- Love for pets!
