We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who loves numbers, understands consumer psychology, and knows how to scale profitable campaigns. What you'll do:

Plan, launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max).

Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CAC and MER.

Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.

Build testing frameworks for creatives, audiences and landing pages.

Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.

Track attribution, customer journeys and campaign performance using GA4.

Coordinate with the website team to improve conversion rates.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Identify new customer acquisition opportunities across emerging channels.

Stay updated with the latest AI tools and advertising trends. What we're looking for:

2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.





Experience handling monthly ad spends of ₹5L+.

Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.

Working knowledge of Google Ads.

Experience with Shopify brands.

Comfortable working with Google Analytics 4.

Robust analytical mindset and excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or similar to improve workflows.

Strong ownership and willingness to experiment.

Bonus Points If You

Have

Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands.

Experience with Snapchat Ads or Pinterest Ads.

Understanding of influencer whitelisting.

Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.

Experience running festive sale campaigns.
