About the Role :

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth, improve performance, and generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other digital platforms
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple funnels and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning and performance analysis
- Create dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and GA4 for actionable insights
- Improve campaign efficiency through automation tools like Zapier and scripts




- Handle conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance audits
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing tools

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance or Digital Marketing (agency or brand side)
- Experience managing D2C campaigns across top, middle, and bottom funnels
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Working knowledge of GMC, GMB, pixels, and tracking setup
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier is an advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
