We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive (Remote and Part Time) Know your way around an Ads Manager and love the thrill of watching a CPL drop? We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently run and own campaigns for real clients from day one.

Location: Remote Schedule: 6 days/week, 5 hours/day Type: Part time Stipened: Can be discussed What you'll be doing:

Owning end-to-end paid campaign strategy, setup, and optimization across Meta Ads and Google Ads

Managing budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting for live client accounts with minimal supervision

Tracking performance (CPL, CPM, ROAS, CTR) and turning numbers into clear, actionable recommendations for clients

Running structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences to consistently improve results

Briefing and collaborating with the content/design team on ad creatives

Owning client-facing performance reports and presenting results directly What we're looking for:

1-3 years of hands-on experience independently running Meta Ads and Google Ads for actual clients (agency or in-house)



- not just personal projects or course certificates

Proven campaign experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle/luxury categories

Confident reading dashboards and pulling insights from Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics

Strong grasp of funnels, targeting, and budget allocation, with the judgment to make optimization calls independently

Detail-oriented and numbers-driven, but able to explain results in plain language to clients

Reliable internet and equipment for a fully remote setup Bonus points for:

Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification

Experience with lead-gen campaigns specifically (real estate or hospitality inquiries, bookings, walk-ins)
