About the Role

The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth, improve performance, and generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplaces, and other digital platforms

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently across multiple funnels and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign planning and performance analysis
- Create dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and GA4 for actionable insights
- Improve campaign efficiency through automation tools like Zapier and scripts




- Handle conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance audits
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and AI-driven marketing tools What We’re Looking For • 1+ years of hands-on experience in Performance or Digital Marketing (agency or brand side)
- Experience managing D2C campaigns across top, middle, and bottom funnels
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Working knowledge of GMC, GMB, pixels, and tracking setup
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proficiency in Looker Studio and Google Analytics 4
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier is an advantage
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
