Performance Marketing Associate (Part-Time) Location: Whitefield, Bangalore (Candidates must be based in Bangalore)

Our focus is a single product—Colour Numerology. Our mission is to make it a trusted wellness brand across India and eventually across the globe. This isn't about managing multiple clients or running routine ad campaigns.

Your Responsibilities - Plan and execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

- Generate high-quality leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels.
- Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and offers.
- Implement and manage GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
- Integrate campaigns with CRM wherever required.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.




- Work directly with the founder to develop and execute growth strategies.
