- Performance Marketing Associate At WishCare, we're looking for a performance-driven marketer who is obsessed with numbers, optimization, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving deep into campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and scaling profitable customer acquisition. What You'll Do:

Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, e-commerce, quick commerce and other growth channels.

Monitor and improve key business metrics, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, AOV, and Revenue Growth.

Analyze campaign, audience, creative, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.

Make daily budget allocation decisions based on performance trends and efficiency metrics.

Build performance reports and dashboards to track channel, campaign.

Drive continuous A/B testing across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and offers.





Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining acquisition efficiency targets.

Collaborate with creative and retention teams to improve funnel conversion and customer lifetime value.

Translate large datasets into actionable insights and growth recommendations. What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on performance marketing experience managing significant monthly ad spends.

Strong understanding of acquisition economics and performance metrics

Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and reporting.

Robust analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities from data.

Familiarity with attribution, tracking, conversion APIs, and GA4 is preferred.
