Studio and The Wedding Sketches, we're building one of the most exciting creative ecosystems in fashion, commercial, and wedding content and we need someone who can help us scale it. What you'll be working on:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads (planning, execution & optimization)
- Lead generation and performance marketing
- Campaign strategy and budget management
- Marketing and branding initiatives
- Growth experiments and audience building
- Performance tracking, analytics & reporting We're looking for someone who:
- Has hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understands ROAS, CPL, conversions, and campaign optimization
- Thinks creatively while making data-driven decisions
- Wants to grow with a fast-moving creative company
