This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Shopping).

Key responsibilities include campaign planning, keyword research, audience targeting, budget management, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to improve ROI. The role also involves preparing performance reports, collaborating with the creative, SEO, and web development teams, and contributing to client growth through data-driven marketing strategies.



Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is an added advantage and will be preferred during the selection process.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns.

Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is a plus. Candidates with knowledge of Meta Ads will have an added advantage.

Understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, cooperative, on-site environment in Bengaluru.
