Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Associate to join our marketing team in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, running, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to generate quality student leads and increase course enrollments.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and academic teams to improve campaign performance, analyze results, and help achieve business growth.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube.
- Generate quality leads for various educational programs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results.
- Track key marketing metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.




- Perform keyword research and audience targeting for better campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging advertisements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the EdTech or Education industry is an added advantage.
