Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize multi-channel digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine creative problem-solving with rigorous data analysis to refine landing pages, manage ad budgets efficiently, and increase overall performance metrics. You will be directly responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and delivering trackable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and other marketing assets for improved performance.
- Develop and manage paid search, social media advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance optimization.




- Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful digital assets for campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- minimum 1+ years experience in Similar Field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and measure campaign success.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to drive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
