Windborne Solutions is a D2C growth enablement company and a certified Shopify Partner. We build, scale, and optimise online stores for brands across India, the UAE, Singapore, the UK and the US — design, development, CRO and performance marketing under one roof.

The role

You'll own paid acquisition for a portfolio of D2C brands — not just pushing buttons in Ads Manager, but deciding where the money goes and defending that decision with numbers.

What you'll do

- Plan, launch and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns across multiple D2C brands
- Own budget allocation and pacing — daily calls on what to scale, kill, or reallocate
- Build full-funnel structures: prospecting, retargeting, retention
- Brief the design team on creatives; test angles, hooks, formats and landing pages
- Track and report ROAS, CAC, AOV, CTR, CPM and blended metrics — and turn that data into the next action
- Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, Google Tag Manager
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences and offers




- Present performance and strategy directly to clients

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing, preferably D2C or agency-side
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube)
- Experience managing substantial monthly ad budgets with a strong ROAS track record — come prepared with actual numbers
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Sheets/Excel, GA4 and Looker Studio
- Working knowledge of Shopify, funnels and CRO fundamentals
- Able to juggle multiple brands without dropping the ball
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate — this is an on-site role

Bonus points

- Experience with international markets (UAE, UK, US)
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or email/SMS retention
- A creative eye — you can tell why an ad is or isn't working, not just that it isn't
