What you'll own

- Meta and Google ad accounts for our supplement clients, strategy to daily optimization
- Launching, testing, and scaling campaigns built on winning patterns from the Engine
- Working with our creative team on hooks, angles, and landing pages, and telling them what the numbers say
- Reporting on what matters: ROAS, CAC, profit. Not vanity metrics.

What you bring

- 2+ years running Meta and Google ads for ecommerce with real budgets and real ROAS targets
- Fluency in the boring parts: pixel setup, conversion APIs, attribution, audience structure, Shopify
- You can read a dashboard and tell a story: why performance moved, what to do next, what to kill
- Strong written English, because you'll explain your decisions to clients and teammates
- Bonus: experience in supplements, health, or any compliance-heavy niche. Meta's health-claim rules are a minefield. We'll teach you the map, but having walked it helps.
