Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, increase revenue, and strengthen brand visibility. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in performance marketing, growth experimentation, digital analytics, and conversion optimization, with a strong ability to leverage insights for scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.

- Execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign performance and conversions.

- Identify and implement cutting-edge growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar, and optimize based on data-driven insights.

- Manage marketing budgets to achieve target CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Content teams to optimize user journeys and conversion funnels.

- Execute SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and generate qualified leads.





- Build strategic partnerships to enhance brand awareness and support business growth.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience marketing healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, genomics, or medical technology products.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer lifecycle marketing.

- Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and advanced performance reporting.

- Experience managing high-growth marketing initiatives within startup or scale-up environments.
