Role Description The Performance Design Engineer is a full time, based in Jaipur. In this role, the engineer will design and optimize high-performance building systems, focusing on geothermal heating and cooling, energy-efficient HVAC, and climate-responsive infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting performance simulations, analyzing energy usage, and developing technical designs and models to improve building efficiency and comfort.

The role involves collaborating with architects,



developers, and other engineering disciplines, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and supporting project execution from concept through commissioning. The engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of design standards, participate in technical reviews, and stay current with relevant codes, technologies, and best practices in sustainable building design. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills to create high-performance building and system concepts.

Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering expertise, particularly in HVAC, thermodynamics, and energy systems for buildings.

Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for developing detailed models, drawings, and technical documentation.

Experience with building performance simulation tools (e.g., energy modeling, thermal analysis).

Understanding of sustainable design principles, green building standards and applicable building codes and regulations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
