Role Description The Performance Coach role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai, Gurugram.

The Performance

Coach will work closely with sales and customer service teams to enhance individual and team performance through targeted coaching, feedback, and skill development sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing interactions, identifying performance gaps, designing coaching plans, and conducting one-on-one and group coaching. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, preparing reports on progress, and collaborating with managers to align coaching activities with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with experience in performance improvement or training roles.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable coaching plans.
- Experience working with sales or customer service teams, preferably in financial services, insurance, or related domains.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, role-plays, and skill-building sessions in an on-site environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools and CRM or contact center systems to track performance and outcomes.
- Robust organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple teams or projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certifications in coaching, training, or behavioral skills are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt coaching methods to changing business priorities.
- Previous experience in the insurance or fintech sector is a plus.
