Testing Expertise:

- Proficient in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SaaS and HR platforms.
- Hands-on experience in web application testing with thorough knowledge of testing methodologies.

Automation Skills:

- Experience with automation tools such as UiPath or Selenium and scripting languages like Python or Java
- Prior experience in automating SaaS platform testing is highly desirable.

Defect Management:

- Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (eg, ALM, ClickUp).

HR Platform Knowledge:

- MUST have Prior experience in end-to-end testing of learning, talent, and HR modules.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Betterworks, Docebo, and Eightfold is a plus.

Database Testing:

- Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries for effective data validation.

Collaboration Communication:

- Solid skills in working with cross-functional teams and documenting comprehensive test results.

Agile/Scrum Methodology:

- Knowledge and experience in iterative development processes.
