Job purpose

Provides expertise support in his/her area of specialisation to the organisation including operational execution and case consultancy and assessment. Key responsibilities:

- Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of expertise
- Is main focal point and escalation to address process inefficiencies and ensure process, standards and knowledge in the area if expertise
- Consults and advises People Function the best-in-class standards for the area of expertise. Acts as internal trainer People Function to create awareness of the given process and expertise
- Is member or leads HR initiatives and projects by acting as expert in to continuously improve the process
- Supervises and plans payroll and mobility support with close cooperation with People Services Team Leader
- Supports design, revision and implementation of the HR policies and practices in her/his area of expertise




- Takes active part in People Services discussions and workshops to work out best in class HR services
- Acts and is widely recognized as expert outside HGSS People Function, including 3rd parties and other OpCos

And any other task assigned by Line Manager within the scope of functional responsibilities Reports to :

People Services Team Leader Qualifications/ Experience / skills required per job levels:

Must have

- University degree - HR Management faculty preferable
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the given HR area
- Learning agility to adapt to dynamic environment and learn on the fly
- Engagement and commitment to drive and deliver assigned tasks
- Valuable communication, customer orientation and stakeholders’ management skills Language(s):
- Excellent written and verbal English
