As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will oversee People Success initiatives across People Operations, Learning & Development, Inclusion & Belonging, Rewards, and Talent Acquisition. You are empowered to grow the team and lay the foundation for our People First culture.

● People Strategy: Provide strategy and oversight of the administration of our talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, culture, and people operations.

● Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the best talent.

● Compensation & Benefits:



Formulate and implement benefit programs, manage employee relations, and introduce new people practices.

● Learning & Development: Develop and implement effective training programs for new employees.

● Culture: Harness our existing culture and values while building out internal people-related policies, including devising new ways to reinforce and improve upon our culture.

Ensure a productive and motivated workforce by identifying people issues, defining goals and requirements, and recommending solutions.

● Bachelor's/ Master’s in Business Administration or relevant experience with 0-2 years of experience.

● Experience with Zoho People will be an added advantage.

● A person who is bold and isn’t afraid to do things differently. Curious and passionate about constant learning, proactive with a “can-do” approach.
