Pega Developer Experience: 3 to 8 years Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Pega Platform (PRPC).

Develop and configure Case Management, Workflows, Business Rules, UI, and Decisioning components.

Implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, and APIs.

Develop reusable components and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and development standards.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and release activities.
