✅ 6+ years of hands-on Pega Development experience
✅ Pega CSSA (Certified System Architect) – Mandatory (Pega 7.x or above)
✅ Solid experience in Pega 7.x / Pega 8 Development
✅ Experience with CS & SI Frameworks (Preferred)
✅ Constellation experience (Preferred)
✅ Banking domain experience is an added advantage
✅ Agile project experience
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Ability to work directly with clients and work independently
