The PDI Executive is responsible for conducting pre-delivery inspections on vehicles to ensure they meet quality, safety, and company standards before being handed over to customers or deployed in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on vehicles as per the company checklist.

- Inspect vehicle exterior, interior, electrical systems, brakes, lights, tyres, battery, and accessories.

- Identify and report defects, damages, or missing components.

- Coordinate with the service/workshop team to rectify issues before delivery.

- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, charged/fueled, and delivery-ready.

- Maintain PDI records and update inspection reports in the system.

- Verify vehicle documents, accessories, and customer delivery kits.

- Follow safety and quality standards during inspection.

- Support inventory and yard management when required.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of automobiles, EVs, or mobility vehicles.





- Ability to identify mechanical and cosmetic defects.

- Positive observation and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills (Excel, mobile applications, or ERP).

- Good communication and teamwork.

Qualification:

- Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related field.

- 03 years of experience in automobile, EV, mobility, service, or quality inspection.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in vehicle inspection, service centers, dealerships, or fleet operations.

- Knowledge of EV components and charging systems is an advantage.
