Payroll Executive Location: Gurugram, Sector-40 ( Work from Office) Compensation: 35k to 45k per month Qualification: M.com, CA dropped out preferred Experience: 2+ years in a CA Firm We are looking for a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll operations, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting, with the ability to process payroll accurately while adhering to timelines.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing - Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients.

- Verify attendance, leave, paid days, overtime, arrears, incentives, and recoveries.
- Calculate gross salary, deductions, and net salary.
- Generate salary registers and payslips.
- Process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

Statutory

Compliance - Calculate and process:

- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on salaries
- Skilled Tax (PT), where applicable
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), where applicable
- Prepare payroll-related statutory reports and coordinate timely compliance.

Client





Coordination - Coordinate with clients to collect monthly payroll inputs.

- Resolve payroll-related queries from clients and employees.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within agreed timelines.

Payroll

Reports & Reconciliation - Prepare monthly payroll reports and salary registers.

- Reconcile payroll data with statutory deductions.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation.

Desired

Skills - Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.

- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS on salaries, PT, and LWF.
- Good understanding of payroll compliance and labour laws.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, etc.).
- Experience with payroll software.

Preferred Experience - 2–5 years of payroll experience.

- Experience handling client payroll in a CA firm, payroll outsourcing firm, or HR/payroll consultancy will be preferred.

Education - Graduate in Commerce, Finance, CA dropped out, or a related discipline.
