Role Description The Payroll Benefits Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing payroll processing and employee perks administration for the practice. Day-to-day tasks include managing end-to-end payroll cycles, handling deductions and garnishments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and maintaining payroll records in alignment with applicable laws and organizational policies.

The role also involves administering employee benefits programs, coordinating enrollments and changes, resolving benefits-related queries, and working with providers to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.

The Payroll Benefits

Manager will maintain and update HRIS data, generate reports, support audits, and collaborate with leadership to improve payroll and benefits processes, while providing clear communication to team members on compensation and benefits matters.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Payroll Administration skills, including end-to-end processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and accurate record-keeping.




- Candidates should possess expertise in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits, including enrollment management, vendor coordination, and benefits communication.
- Candidates should possess experience handling Garnishments and other statutory deductions in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including data maintenance, reporting, and system troubleshooting.
- Relevant skills and qualifications include strong analytical and numerical abilities, attention to detail, confidentiality in handling sensitive data, and effective written and verbal communication.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with prior experience in payroll and benefits management, is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws, payroll regulations, and advantages norms, as well as experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit environment, will be an advantage.
