Role & responsibilities

- Follow up with customers for pending and outstanding payments.

- Collect payments and maintain proper collection records.

- Coordinate with customers regarding payment status and updates.

- Visit customers for payment collection as required.

- Prepare and update collection reports and payment records.

- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for payment-related matters.

- Maintain skilled relationships with customers.

- Weekly visit to market for payment collection (once a week)

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

- Responsible, disciplined towards work
