CLÉI is a modern luxury accessories brand built around refined design, exceptional craftsmanship, and next-generation materials. We are looking for an experienced Pattern Master who combines technical expertise with a passion for precision and craftsmanship to help bring our collections to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop accurate handbag patterns from design sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
- Create, modify, and maintain digital patterns using AutoCAD and Optitex.
- Prepare production-ready patterns, grading, and cutting templates.
- Work closely with the Design, Sampling, and Production teams to ensure fit, construction, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Resolve pattern and construction challenges during sampling and production.
- Maintain pattern libraries, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvements in pattern accuracy, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.





You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have

- 8–12 years of experience as a Pattern Master in luxury handbags, leather goods, or premium accessories.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Optitex.
- Excellent understanding of handbag construction, materials, stitching techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- The ability to translate design concepts into production-ready patterns with exceptional accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality.
- Experience working with luxury or premium brands is preferred.
