Patient Relation Support

Must have

 Knowledge of Hospital Operations & understanding of Medical Terminology

 Excellent Communication skills- spoken & written English

 Good listening & perceiving skills

 Quick & assertive in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment

 Must be a Team Player

Role & Responsibility:

 Handling the International patient’s queries and maintaining the communication between hospital and case manager.

 Taking care of partner case management and ensuring timely update.

 Taking care of all E-visa process for the Int. patients.

 Distributing all international lead between team.

 Maintaining the CRM and keeping updated on all steps.

 Providing support to case managers at all times.

 Actively working on appointment booking for International camps.

 Handling our international partner's queries.

 To have a valuable rapport with operations team and to be able to work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
