1. To take care of patients, relatives and guests
2. To take care of corporate patients
3. To contact the referral doctor for more clarity on the prescription
4. To ensure quality patient care by making regular rounds to different floors and ensure the services are available to the patient as per the schedule.
5. To identify the patient problems and solving the same within a defined time frame
6. To coordinate with the front office, nursing department, housekeeping department, maintenance department in order to ensure patient safety and quality care
7. To collect the feedback from the patient and patient attendants on the diagnostic services
8. To ensure the patient shifting on investigations and other procedures
9. To coordinate for dispatch of reports,



& facilitate the patient in collecting reports & other documents, avoid delay as per the time lines
10. To verify the usage of utilities and materials in the center and responsible to ensure optimal utilization of the materials & consumables
11. To ensure proper guidance to patients and patient attendants as when required
12. To prepare patient complaint log book and take corrective action on the same

Pay: ₹11,841.70 - ₹29,576.85 per month
