Role Overview

We are seeking a Partner Relationship Manager to act as the single point of contact for business partners, managing their end‑to‑end journey from onboarding to certification cycle support. This is a client‑facing operations role requiring solid communication, relationship management, and disciplined time management. Familiarity with ISO/certification report formats is expected.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship lifecycle management including onboarding, coordination, and engagement.

- Primary contact for partner queries and escalations with prompt resolution.

- Certification workflow coordination from application handling to certification decision.

- Tracking report submissions and ensuring compliance with formats and timelines.

- Managing multiple partner accounts and proactively flagging delays.

- Coordinating surveillance, recertification schedules, and certification change requests.

- Liaising with internal teams for contract review, quotations, and cycle planning.

- Maintaining accurate records in CRM/CB systems.

- Supporting nonconformity follow‑up and closure tracking.

- Preparing MIS/status reports and dashboards in Excel.





- Handling day‑to‑day customer communication with professionalism.

Must‑Have Skills

- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

- Strong client/partner relationship management ability.

- Sharp time management across multiple accounts.

- Basic knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CRM/DMS tools.

- Organized, proactive, and independent working style.

Good‑to‑Have Skills

- Exposure to certification bodies, audit firms, or compliance services.

- Familiarity with IAF Mandatory Documents or accreditation requirements.

- Experience with certification management software.

- Understanding of CAPA/nonconformity handling.

- Knowledge of process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma fundamentals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, business coordination, or operations.

- Background in certification/compliance industry mandatory.

- Comfortable owning relationships end‑to‑end and acting as escalation point.

- Strong accountability for outcomes and ability to coordinate across teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
