Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Partner Acquisition Executive to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing new business partners, sub-brokers, and channel partners in the stock broking industry. The role involves building strong relationships, achieving acquisition targets, and ensuring seamless onboarding of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and acquire new partners, sub-brokers, and channel partners to expand business.

- Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, references, digital platforms).

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective partners to explain business models and value propositions.

- Facilitate partner onboarding process including documentation, compliance, and training.

- Maintain strong business relationships with partners to ensure long-term association and revenue generation.

- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and technology) to provide support and resolve partner queries.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.





- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI/Exchange rules).

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.

- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.

- Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships.

- Knowledge of financial markets, stock broking, mutual funds, and investment products.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

- 13 years of experience in partner acquisition, business development, or sales (preferably in stock broking/financial services).

- Understanding of SEBI regulations and broking industry processes will be an added advantage.
