Marketing Assistant (Part-Time | In Person) About Us Bless Your Heart Boutique is a woman-owned, family-run boutique focused on creating an exceptional shopping experience through curated fashion, gifts, and meaningful customer connections. We are looking for a creative, organized, and brand-minded Marketing Assistant to help grow our social media presence, strengthen our customer engagement, and support our overall marketing efforts. This is an in-person, part-time position that will work between both our Holly Springs and Apex boutique locations.

Responsibilities Create and design engaging e-newsletters (Canva experience required)

Develop short-form social media content for Instagram and Facebook, including Reels and Stories

Capture and edit flat lay photography, mannequin/display photography, and video content

Update website banners and Facebook header images as needed

Engage and interact with our online community across social media platforms

Attend weekly marketing meetings with the owner to plan, review, and execute marketing strategies

Work from either boutique location as scheduled to capture fresh content and support marketing initiatives





Help strengthen and maintain our brand presence through consistent, polished, and recognizable content What We’re Looking For Outgoing, creative, and cooperative personality

Solid understanding of social media trends and short-form video content

Experience with Canva and basic photo/video editing

Retail experience preferred

Someone who can bring fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining the overall look and feel of our established brand

Ability to create professional, engaging content with measurable results
