We are looking for an Excellent communicator to join us as a Parent Relationship Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining trust relationships with our Parents.

Language Known : ENGLISH and TAMIL [Speak and write]

Resolve parent concerns and queries sympathetically and escalate them to the School Head as and when required.

Timely follow-ups for all Promotional activities and regularly update the information on the School App and website

Liaise with vendors for materials and other services required for school time to time

To Handle administrative work related to admissions, withdrawals and support in all Admin activities

Minimum 5 years of Experience in Parent / Customer Relationship Sector (Preferably school/Banks /Front Office) Age Group : Above 30 Years

Food and Accommodation will be provided for the outstation Candidate.
