Role & responsibilities The Parent Partnership Officer will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between the school, parents, and families. The role involves ensuring effective communication, enhancing parent engagement, and supporting a positive experience for our parent community.Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding school-related queries and concerns.

- Communicate school policies, events, activities, and important updates to parents.

- Support parents in understanding school procedures, expectations, and available support systems.

- Organise and coordinate parent meetings, workshops, orientations, and engagement activities.

- Collect parent feedback and coordinate with teachers, counsellors, coordinators, and school leadership for necessary actions.

- Support resolution of parent concerns and ensure professional communication.

- Encourage greater parent involvement in their childs learning journey and school activities.

- Maintain records of parent interactions, feedback, and concerns.





The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong interpersonal abilities, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with parents, teachers, and school staff.

- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a Parent -focused, empathetic, and positive approach.

- Good organizational and coordination abilities, with the capability to manage multiple parent engagement activities and maintain accurate records.

- Skilled in handling parent queries and concerns with patience, professionalism, and effective problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using school management systems and digital communication platforms.
