Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Palo Alto Firewall L3 Engineer to provide advanced technical support, design, implementation, and operational management of enterprise firewall environments. The candidate will act as the highest escalation point for firewall-related incidents, perform complex troubleshooting, lead security initiatives, and support global network security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Provide L3 support for Palo Alto NGFW infrastructure in a large enterprise workplace using Panorama Troubleshoot complex firewall, routing, NAT, VPN, and security policy issues. Analyze traffic flows and application connectivity problems. Lead major incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Support 24x7 critical incident escalations as required. Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama,



security policies, NAT policies, and VPN configurations. Perform firewall rule reviews, optimization, and recertification activities.

Manage device upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management. Maintain firewall standards, templates, and golden configurations. Deep understanding of features like URL Filtering, Threat Prevention, WildFire, DNS Security, Global Protect Investigate and mitigate security threats and anomalous traffic patterns.

Knowledge of Prisma Access, Checkpoint Firewall, Load-balancing will be a value add Certifications (Preferred) PCNSA PCNSE (Highly Preferred)
