Job Title : Palantir Foundry Developer

Role Summary :

We are looking for a professional with strong hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry to support analytics and data-driven initiatives. The primary responsibility will be developing and maintaining solutions within the Palantir ecosystem, integrating and analyzing data from enterprise sources, and supporting business users with scalable analytical solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Palantir Foundry, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, SQL, and Python, along with an understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms. While this is not primarily a Power BI development role, familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools will be beneficial.

The candidate should be capable of working with data pipelines, performing data transformation and analysis, and developing Databricks notebooks when required. Strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and an understanding of data governance principles are essential.

Mandatory Skills :

Palantir Foundry (Primary Requirement) :

- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry platform
- Data integration and transformation within Foundry
- Building and maintaining Foundry pipelines and workflows
- Experience with ontology-based data modeling and analytical solutions
- Development of business-facing solutions in Palantir

Azure Databricks :

- Databricks SQL
- Data processing and transformation




- Experience developing and maintaining Databricks notebooks
- Understanding of Spark-based data processing

Azure Data Platform :

- Azure Data Lake
- Experience working within Azure data ecosystems
- Understanding of cloud-based data architectures

Data Engineering & Analytics :

- SQL (Advanced)
- Python
- Data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis
- Data modeling and large dataset handling

Business & Functional Skills :

- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working with stakeholders and business users
- Understanding of data governance and data quality practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Power BI Dashboard Development
- DAX and Power Query
- SSAS-based reporting solutions
- DirectQuery implementation
- KPI reporting and visualization
- Business Intelligence and data visualization experience

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 3-4.5 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or data platform development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry (mandatory).
- Familiarity with the Azure Databricks ecosystem and ability to develop Databricks notebooks when required.
- Experience integrating and transforming data from multiple enterprise data sources.
- Exposure to reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
