Paint Masker Location: India Mill, Darwen, Lancashire Job Type: Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, over a 4-day week.

Hourly Rate: Competitive based on experience If you have experience working within an aerospace/manufacturing painting environment, this could be the ideal role for you: We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientated material handler to support production operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for moving, storing and tracking materials and products efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, mask, and de-mask components prior to surface treatment and painting processes





Apply masking materials, including tapes and specialised masking products, with precision

Assist in preparation and finishing processes across all paint areas

Support treatment and paint teams with loading and unloading components

Follow technical instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements

Maintain a clean and organised work workplace

Work safely and in line with company procedures and health & safety guidelines A Few Things About You Keen to learn.

Team Player Previous experience in a paint, masking, or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.

When You Are

Working 4-day week 07:15 am to 5:00 pm totalling 37 hours weekly. Overtime is available from Friday to Sunday at premium rates of pay.

Why Work For Us

Aside from the competitive rate of pay, the following is available: Holidays start at 28 days per year (including Bank Holidays) based on 4 day week. Overtime rates after basic hours are 1.5 of your basic hourly rate.

Overtime rates for Sundays are 2.0 of your basic hourly rate.
