- Customer Service skills to understand Home Painting needs of customers & provides recommendations on the colour selection 2. Providing positive customer experience in the store by aiding the customer with all colour selection resources & supports in decision making 3. Working with the company's colour design software for consultation 4. Coordination with stakeholders (painting execution) to ensure smooth operations of the customer's painting journey 5. Deliver targeted results measured by customer satisfaction, end to end process effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and value 6. Help in budget calculation by providing economy & premium pricing options to the customer using our technical resources 7. Daily reporting of consultations & conversions to team leader Role & responsibilities
