About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist with strong execution capabilities in Google Ads to manage and optimize campaigns for US & UK B2C clients. This is an execution-focused role where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and client communication are equally important.

What You'll Do

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.
- Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, bidding, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Build performance reports and present campaign insights to clients.
- Work closely with creative, analytics,



and account management teams to drive campaign success.
- Independently manage day-to-day campaign execution while communicating confidently with US & UK clients.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads within a performance marketing agency.
- Experience managing B2C paid search campaigns for US and/or UK markets.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Robust analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable optimizations.

This Role Is Not For

- Candidates with primarily SEO, Organic Marketing, or Content Marketing experience.
- Candidates whose experience is predominantly B2B performance marketing.
- Candidates without performance marketing agency experience.
- Candidates focused primarily on Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
