Designation : PAM Analyst
Requirements
Role Description:
CyberArk is a Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform and a key security tool used in Munich Re and ERGO, aimed at protecting privileged credentials and admin accounts throughout the organization. The PAM Analyst will be part of Global PAM team and will provide 24Ã7 operational support for CyberArk platform.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day PAM operations, providing operational support and troubleshooting for CyberArk and its underlying platform, while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and security teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
- Maintain and support CyberArk components such as Vault, PSM, CPM, and connectors/plugins to ensure secure integration with applications and infrastructure.
- Onboard infrastructure components and applications into CyberArk, including account discovery, safes creation,
platform configuration, and access provisioning.
- Execute CyberArk security patching, Vault server patching, certificate renewals, and minor version upgrades, including testing, validation, and feature enablement.
- Conduct Discovery and Audit (DNA) scans and generate operational reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) testing to ensure platform resilience and recoverability.
- Monitor system health, privileged access activities, and ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the PAM solution’s compliance with security policies and guidelines, and actively support internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Create, update and maintain PAM-related documentation.
- Handling incident management and change requests related to privileged access.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Technical skills
- Experience with the CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution
- Experience of Identity & Access Management / IDAM technologies and processes
- Experience on ticketing tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, DB, network devices
- Understanding of CyberArk CPM and PSM plugin customization or development
Must Have
- Fluent in English communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams
- Strong documentation skills and operational excellence in PAM management.
