1.JOB PURPOSE:

To ensure that the machine is set up properly. Ensure accurate labelling, sealing and safety standards in the work area. Make sure that the machine is working well. Make sure that the machine is working at full capacity. Perform basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues. Perform periodic checks on output of the machines. The job role benefits to company in ensure effective and accurate product packaging.

Operating and Maintaining machines

Responsible for setting up, operating and monitoring packaging equipment.

Monitor performance and provide any adjustments is needed.

Ensure all settings and performance routine maintenance.

Proper packaging

Ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently.

Quality control and Inspection

Operators often inspect products and packaging for defects or irregularities.

Ensure to meet quality standards before shipping.

Troubleshooting and maintenance

Ensure communicating with supervisors about any issues or malfunctions.

Responsible for clearing jams, performing basic troubleshooting.

Maintaining a safe and clean work area

Operators are expected to keep their work area clean, organized.

Ensure that free from hazards following safety procedures.

Teamwork and communication skills

Packaging operators work in collaboration with other team members.

Maintain effective communication.





Reporting and documentation

Provide regular reports to the packing supervisor.

3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of experience in as a packing operator.

Strong knowledge of packing machines, equipment, and procedures.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in equipment handling.
