Position: Packing Officer

Location: Daman

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

- To finalize Packing plan for weekly and monthly.
- To allocate work to workforce and perform the critical checks and ensure line clearance at all stages of Packing to implement Current valuable manufacturing practice.
- Preparation and review of SOPs.
- To review the BPCR compliance.
- To conduct monthly training for staff and worker.
- To carry out the equipment qualification and change part suitability.
- To ensure maintenance of records related to the respective departments, like machine log, cleaning record, batch record at right time.
- To impart training on safety, hygiene, cleaning and cGMP.
- To bring to the notice of higher management any process change to improve productivity and quality of the products.
- To bring to the notice of higher management any accident or injuries.
- To train for strict implementation of SOP’s and safe working environment.
- To investigate all market complaints and reports along with QA.




- To co-ordinate and control all activities for order delivery of quality products according to priority and schedule.
- M. Shortages and follow up of packing materials.
- Ensuring that all process complies with cGMP.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the packing department.
- To implement discipline and related functions among the workmen in the factory under the certified standing orders.
- Party Communication & Follow up as per Party Requirement.
- Procurement, Approval of change part.
- Preparation and review of BPCR.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/BSc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
