AB InBev India is looking to hire Packaging Manager based out of Samsara, West Bengal

Key Responsibility

- Packaging Efficiency - Responsible for Safety, Quality, GLY, LEF, PEL, Bottle, Can Loss , PTP for the packaging lines.
- VPO (TPM) - Responsible for leading the TPM implementation of all pillar in packaging department.
- Global Policy Rollout - Responsible for global policy rollout like time allocation, GOPS, BOB toolkit etc. and also responsible for auditing packaging lines for KPI’s. Ensuring all the zone cascading are implemented in India .
- Capex - Responsible for coordinating with site packaging manager and capex team for executing the packaging related projects. Ensuring global specs are followed for all projects




- Pack Materials + Auxiliary + Direct wages - Responsible for delivering the cost on Pack Materials + Aux Materials + Direct wages for packaging. This include the VA initiative execution responsibility for India
- Zone Co ordination - Coordinate with zone SME and functional leaders to close the gap in packaging performance and capability vs China/Korea
- People development - Recruit and Develop Packaging Supervisors, Operators
- Vendors co ordination - Co ordinate with equipment suppliers & materials (Incl Aux) supplier to drive performance improvements with set process.

Required Skill Graduate Engineering : BE/ B tech : Mechanical/ Production/ Chemical Engineering

Leadership & Communication Skills

Exp : 4-6 Years with experience in Packaging Materials, RGB Line, Can Line, Keg Line
