Position: Packaging Engineer

Location: Faridabad / NCR

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Preferred Candidate: Female Candidate

Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Packaging, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field from a reputed Tier-2 institute

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Packaging Engineer with strong technical knowledge of industrial packaging products and hands-on experience in AutoCAD drafting. The candidate should possess valuable communication skills, a p resentable personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements, drawings, and packaging specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop packaging drawings using AutoCAD for industrial packaging products.
- Understand customer drawings/specifications and convert them into production-ready packaging designs.
- Design and modify drawings related to:

a) DT Labels b) Corrugated packaging c) Industrial packaging solutions d) Returnable packaging products

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for packaging development activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and packaging specifications.




- Support new product development and improvement in existing packaging designs.
- Ensure packaging designs meet quality, functional, and customer requirements.
- Provide technic al support to clients and internal teams regarding packaging solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.
- Good understanding of DT Label raw materials and packaging materials.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial packaging concepts and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Profile

- Female candidate with 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial packaging/design engineering.
- Experience working with packaging, labels, corrugated products, or industrial packaging companies will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and suppliers effectively.
