Firstbase is looking for talented designers who can combine strong brand thinking, packaging design and original illustration to create distinctive identities and consumer experiences. This is not a production-only role. We are looking for someone with a strong visual sensibility, conceptual ability and a genuine interest in building brands. Role and responsibilities:

- Develop brand identities and packaging design concepts from initial idea to final execution
- Create original illustrations, icons, patterns and graphic assets for packaging
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems
- Work across labels, cartons, bottles and complete packaging ranges
- Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors
- Develop presentation mock-ups and clearly communicate the thinking behind each design
- Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams What we are looking for:
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in branding and packaging design




- A strong portfolio demonstrating both packaging design and original illustration
- Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Robust understanding of typography, composition, colour, print processes and packaging materials
- Ability to develop multiple creative directions without relying on templates or stock-led solutions
- Attention to detail and the discipline to take a project from concept through production
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, luxury or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
- 3D visualisation or motion design skills are a bonus Location: Gurugram/Remote
