Role & responsibilities

Proven architecture and delivery experience in Informatica Product 360 (P360).

- Must have led multiple end-to-end P360 implementations, upgrades, and enterprise-scale MDM/PIM transformation programs (on prem, hosted and cloud).
- Robust hands-on expertise across the Informatica P360 ecosystem, including MDM, P360, IDQ, AVOS, Business Entity Services (BES), Plugins, Workflows, Data Modeling, Integrations, and Custom Extensions.
- Act as the primary technical lead, driving architecture decisions, solution design, technical reviews, and best-practice adoption across the program.
- Lead and coach development teams, establish development standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices, while guiding onsite/offshore teams through design, build, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, facilitate solution workshops/brainstorming sessions, and translate complex requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams across onsite, offshore.
