Role Description The Overseas Education Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting students through the study-abroad lifecycle, including initial counseling, assisting with university and program research, and guiding them through application and documentation processes. The intern will help coordinate information sessions and workshops, prepare and update informational materials, and respond to inquiries from students and families.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



collaborating with mentors and program leads, and providing clear communication on timelines, requirements, and next steps. The role also includes general administrative support for overseas education initiatives and contributing to a positive, student-centered experience.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills related to Education and Training, with an interest in global academic pathways and student development.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to explain complex processes simply.

Candidates should possess Teaching and mentoring-related skills, such as guiding learners, answering questions, and facilitating basic information sessions.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and professional interaction with students and families.

Additional beneficial qualifications include enrollment in or completion of a degree in education, business, international relations, or a related field; strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency with standard office and online collaboration tools; and an interest in overseas education and global opportunities.
