Role Description The Owner role at Parkhay Solution is a full-time, in office position based in Indore. The owner will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and resource allocation.

Daily responsibilities include supervising teams, monitoring project progress, ensuring service quality, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The owner will also identify new business opportunities, manage key negotiations,



and make decisions that align with the company’s long-term goals. This role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day activities to maintain efficiency and drive growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, operations management, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, set priorities, and achieve measurable results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven capability in team supervision, talent development, and conflict resolution.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and basic familiarity with business software tools.
