Role Description The Owner role at CodeNova Tech Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Nanded. The Owner will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and resource allocation.

Daily responsibilities include setting business objectives, monitoring project delivery, coordinating with clients, and ensuring high-quality service standards. The role involves building and leading teams, establishing policies and processes, and guiding marketing and sales initiatives to expand the company’s presence. The Owner will also manage key partnerships, assess risks and opportunities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and management abilities, including experience guiding teams, delegating responsibilities, and making data-informed decisions.
- Business strategy and planning skills, with the capacity to define goals, develop roadmaps,



and oversee financial performance and budgeting.
- Background in technology or IT services, with a solid understanding of software development, product delivery, or technical project management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with the capability to identify new markets, build relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage operations, streamline processes, and implement systems that support efficiency and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced qualifications or entrepreneurial experience are an advantage.
